Returns, Warranty, and Product Registration
Upon registering your product, Grim Parts Co warrants your tool rolls to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original purchase date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. This warranty does not cover consequential or inconsequential damages, loses due to misuse, abuse, wether intentional or unintentional, normal wear & tear, or damages and/ or loses caused by improper or irresponsible uses or maintenance, and dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse. This warranty does not cover personal injuries in any way, shape, or form. Grim Parts Co agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase with an original dated sales receipt.
All metal products are custom made to order and are non returnable. Electronic items are non returnable. Other returnable products must be returned within 15 days and must be unused, never mounted / installed, with no signs of wear, and must be in resalable condition in the original packaging. A return authorization must be granted by Grim Parts Co in order to receive any refund. Any and all refunds will incur at 10% processing fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping to return any item.
