This is not an extremely difficult project, however it will take you some time, and it's a little bit messy.  Make sure to cover your entire body with fiberglass, it doesn't itch at all.

You will need a bunch of supplies for this project:

  1. Fiberglass Resin.  Time was an issue for us, so we ran out to the HD to pick up the resin.  You can get it cheaper on Amazon by clicking here.
  2. Fiberglass Cloth.  We used about 6 feet on this seat pan.  Find it here.
  3. Fiberglass Mat.  We used about 9 feet, you can use more or less depending on your project.  Get the mat here.

We used regular duct tape, but you can also use silver HVAC tape in it's place.

NOTE:  THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CLOTH AND THE MAT.  You don't necessarily have to use the cloth, but we always do.
